Poskytovateľom aplikácie Healthy Bowl (webová aplikácia na healthybowl.sk, mobilná aplikácia pre Android a iOS a aplikácia pre počítač; ďalej „aplikácia“) je Monika Brodňanová, so sídlom Tolstého 5, 811 06 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto, IČO: 57859213, zapísaná v Živnostenskom registri Okresného úradu Žiar nad Hronom, číslo živnostenského registra 680-28051, e-mail monika@healthybowl.sk (ďalej „poskytovateľ“ alebo „my“).
Aplikácia zostavuje na každý deň návrh jednej misky zo surovín rozdelených do kategórií (dlhé sacharidy, bielkoviny, ovocie, zelenina, tuky) tak, aby pomer makroživín zodpovedal odporúčaniam Svetovej zdravotníckej organizácie. Zobrazuje orientačné ceny surovín, umožňuje vylúčiť vybrané alergény a v plnej verzii pripraví nákupný zoznam, ukáže plán na dni dopredu a spravuje profily pre viac členov domácnosti.
Aplikácia nie je zdravotnícka pomôcka, nediagnostikuje, nelieči ani nepredpisuje diétu. Poskytuje len všeobecné odporúčania a nenahrádza lekára ani odborníka na výživu. Pri potravinovej alergii alebo intolerancii si vždy overte zloženie konkrétnej suroviny, aplikácia nezaručuje úplnosť alergénových údajov. Ceny surovín sú orientačné a môžu sa od cien v obchode líšiť.
Základná verzia (dnešná miska, jej zloženie, makroživiny, filter alergénov, databáza surovín) je bezplatná a nevyžaduje registráciu ani účet.
Plná verzia sprístupňuje nákupný zoznam, zobrazenie budúcich dní v kalendári a viac profilov. Poskytuje sa formou predplatného. Platená časť služby (plná verzia) bude fungovať cez platobnú službu Stripe. Kým platené predplatné nespustíme, sú všetky funkcie aplikácie dostupné bezplatne.
Predplatné stojí 4,99 € (vrátane DPH, ak sa uplatňuje) za jeden mesiac. Aktuálna cena sa vždy zobrazuje pred zaplatením priamo v aplikácii. Platba prebieha cez platobnú službu Stripe; poskytovateľ nemá prístup k údajom o platobnej karte. Na iPhone bude nákup po sprístupnení prebiehať cez App Store podľa podmienok spoločnosti Apple.
V mobilnej aplikácii pre Android sa predplatné nedá zakúpiť; kupuje sa cez web healthybowl.sk a v aplikácii sa odomkne zadaním e-mailu použitého pri platbe a jednorazového kódu, ktorý na tento e-mail pošleme.
Zmluva o predplatnom vzniká dokončením platby. Predplatné sa uzatvára na jeden mesiac a na konci každého obdobia sa automaticky obnovuje na ďalší mesiac, kým ho nezrušíte. Zrušiť ho môžete kedykoľvek tlačidlom „Spravovať predplatné“ v aplikácii (portál Stripe), cez odkaz v potvrdzujúcom e-maile od Stripe alebo e-mailom na monika@healthybowl.sk. Po zrušení máte plnú verziu do konca už zaplateného obdobia, ďalšia platba sa nestrhne.
Ako spotrebiteľ máte právo odstúpiť od zmluvy bez udania dôvodu do 14 dní od jej uzavretia, a to e-mailom na monika@healthybowl.sk. Plná verzia sa sprístupňuje ihneď po zaplatení; ak od zmluvy odstúpite, vrátime vám zaplatenú sumu zníženú o pomernú časť za dni, počas ktorých ste plnú verziu mali k dispozícii. Peniaze vrátime do 14 dní rovnakým spôsobom, akým ste platili.
Aplikáciu môžete používať aj bez pripojenia na internet; overenie predplatného prebieha priebežne a pri výpadku servera ostáva plná verzia dostupná ešte 30 dní. Aplikáciu priebežne vyvíjame a môžeme meniť jej funkcie alebo vzhľad. Ak by sme plnú verziu podstatne obmedzili, máte právo predplatné zrušiť a dostať späť pomernú časť ceny za nevyužité obdobie.
Aplikácia sa poskytuje s odbornou starostlivosťou, ale rozhodnutia o svojom stravovaní a zdraví robíte vy. Nezodpovedáme za škodu spôsobenú nesprávnym použitím aplikácie, spoliehaním sa na ňu pri zdravotných stavoch, ktoré vyžadujú odbornú starostlivosť, ani za rozdiely medzi orientačnými a skutočnými cenami v obchodoch. Práva spotrebiteľa vyplývajúce z právnych predpisov tým nie sú dotknuté.
Ak plná verzia nefunguje tak, ako má, napíšte nám na monika@healthybowl.sk alebo cez formulár Podpora v aplikácii. Reklamáciu vybavíme najneskôr do 30 dní. Ak nebudete s vybavením spokojní, môžete sa obrátiť na Slovenskú obchodnú inšpekciu alebo využiť alternatívne riešenie sporov (zoznam subjektov vedie Ministerstvo hospodárstva SR) a platformu Európskej komisie na riešenie sporov online (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Spracúvanie osobných údajov opisujú Zásady ochrany osobných údajov.
Tieto podmienky sa riadia právom Slovenskej republiky. Môžeme ich meniť; o podstatných zmenách vás upozorníme v aplikácii alebo e-mailom najmenej 14 dní pred ich účinnosťou. Ak so zmenou nesúhlasíte, predplatné môžete zrušiť pred jej účinnosťou. Aktuálne znenie je vždy na healthybowl.sk.

The Healthy Bowl app (web app at healthybowl.sk, mobile apps for Android and iOS and a desktop app; the "app") is provided by Monika Brodňanová, with registered address at Tolstého 5, 811 06 Bratislava - Staré Mesto district, company ID (IČO): 57859213, registered in the Trade Licensing Register of the District Office (Okresný úrad) Žiar nad Hronom, trade register number 680-28051, e-mail monika@healthybowl.sk (the "provider" or "we").
The app composes one bowl per day from ingredients in five categories (slow carbohydrates, protein, fruit, vegetables, fats) so that the macronutrient ratio follows World Health Organization recommendations. It shows indicative ingredient prices, lets you exclude selected allergens and, in the full version, prepares a shopping list, shows the plan for days ahead and manages profiles for several household members.
The app is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe a diet. It offers general recommendations only and does not replace a doctor or a nutrition professional. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always check the composition of the specific ingredient; the app does not guarantee complete allergen data. Ingredient prices are indicative and may differ from prices in stores.
The basic version (today's bowl, its composition, macronutrients, allergen filter, ingredient database) is free and requires no registration or account.
The full version unlocks the shopping list, future days in the calendar and multiple profiles. It is provided as a subscription. The paid part of the service (the full version) will run through the Stripe payment service. Until we launch the paid subscription, all features of the app are available free of charge.
The subscription costs EUR 4.99 (including VAT where applicable) per month. The current price is always shown in the app before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; the provider has no access to your card details. On iPhone, once available, purchases will be made through the App Store under Apple's terms.
The subscription cannot be purchased inside the Android app; it is purchased on healthybowl.sk and unlocked in the app by entering the e-mail used for payment and a one-time code that we send to that e-mail.
The subscription contract is concluded when the payment is completed. The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically for another month at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the "Manage subscription" button in the app (Stripe portal), the link in the Stripe confirmation e-mail, or by e-mail to monika@healthybowl.sk. After cancelling you keep the full version until the end of the period already paid; no further payment is taken.
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it, by e-mail to monika@healthybowl.sk. The full version is made available immediately after payment; if you withdraw, we refund the amount paid less a proportional part for the days during which the full version was available to you. Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.
The app can be used without an internet connection; the subscription is verified periodically and, if the server is unavailable, the full version remains accessible for another 30 days. We develop the app continuously and may change its features or appearance. If we substantially reduce the full version, you have the right to cancel and receive a proportional refund for the unused period.
The app is provided with professional care, but decisions about your diet and health are yours. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the app, by relying on it for health conditions that require professional care, or for differences between indicative and actual store prices. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
If the full version does not work as it should, write to monika@healthybowl.sk or use the Support form in the app. We handle complaints within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), use alternative dispute resolution (the list of bodies is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic) or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We may change them; we will notify you of material changes in the app or by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel the subscription before it takes effect. The current version is always available at healthybowl.sk.
